Our specially priced student package menus allow your approved student group to stay within budget while creating an amazing experience. Our student menus offer our most popular menu choices along with new items. However, this represents only a starting point. Our commitment is to customize and create whatever is required to provide your guests with an unforgettable experience.

Student groups can order online for on-campus pick up and delivery orders, bagged lunches, or family ties; or meet with our student specialist to customize your dance, dinner, or other staffed event.

How to Order

Any student interested in speaking with a catering representative can do so by calling 631-9919. Please be prepared to answer any of the following questions regarding your event in order for us to recommend a location and/or menu options:

  • What group are you with?
  • What is the nature of your event? (delivery, buffet meal, dance, etc.)
  • When is your event?
  • How many people are expected to attend?
  • Are there any special audio-visual needs?
  • What type of a set-up are you looking for?
  • What is the budget?
  • What are your food and beverage needs?

Once this information is received, our catering representative will be able to offer suggestions regarding event locations. Once space availability has been confirmed and the space reserved, we can begin to discuss more specific details of the event. When placing an order, you should provide the following information:

  • Location (along with your signed facility-use agreement)
  • Timeline (when items will be picked up, delivered, or the start and end time of your event)
  • Food selections
  • Beverage selections
  • Quantities
  • FOAPAL Number


Orders for serviced events and dances should be finalized two weeks in advance. If orders are not placed at least two weeks prior to the event date, then service will not be guaranteed and menu items will be subject to availability. For all delivery and pickup orders, menus should be finalized at least one week in advance. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your event. Otherwise, you may be liable for the cost incurred. Student pricing is not guaranteed unless order is placed at least one week before the event.

Your final attendance guarantee is needed in our office at least three business days prior to your event. Our minimum charge to you will be the guaranteed number.

Payment is due in the University Catering office prior to the function. Payments can be made using a campus account number, organization check, or cash.
